Growing up, my mom always told me, "Time heals all wounds," and I have used that bit of wisdom both in my personal life and in my work with clients.  

Life does not come with an instruction manual, but it certainly challenges us with situations through which we are expected to navigate and heal.

There are times when a little extra help and guidance can give us a new perspective on our situation, and open our eyes to the possibility that healing will come...........with time.
