I also offer package deals and am a Preferred Provider for the Quality of Life Grant Program for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted. If you have any questions or concerns, please call for more information. Sliding scale fees are also offered for a limited number of client openings, and rates are based on need and financial situation. I am an out-of- network provider for most major insurance companies and can bill them for a portion of your session cost. I can also provide you with a Super Bill that can be sent directly to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your plan benefits for mental health services. |
