I do my best to make therapy a joyful process for you, and I never want it to be stressful financially or emotionally.  I offer rates that are comparible with other practitioners in the area and that reflect my years of expereince with clients. I currently accept TRICARE and CIGNA Insurance, and accept all major credit cards as forms of payment, along with cash or check. In addition, if you have a Health Savings account or a Flexible Spending Account through your insurance, you can use those funds to pay for your sessions!

Session Rates:

Initial Session (6o minutes) - $175

Subsequent Sessions (45-50 minutes) - $160

Student Rate - $100

  Here are some options to save money on your counseling sessions:

• Adjust the length and/or frequency of your appointments
• Purchase a package of sessions and receive a 5% discount
• Schedule phone and/or Skype sessions to avoid travel time and cost
• Request a Student Rate if you are a full-time student
